Visiting researcher of University of London (The Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development), Stanford University (Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics) and Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International (ATR). Director of Academy of Human Informatics, Human Interface Society and The Textile Machinery Society of Japan etc. Awarded three times as an excellent judge for Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. IEEE LifeTech 2019 Excellent Paper Award (1st Prize).
