Information for the overseas participants’ registration:

As for the overseas participants who wish to participate in the G20 Interfaith Forum 2019 to be held in Kyoto from June 11th to 12th, please fill in the necessary items below and send them by email to the secretariat of G20 Interfaith Forum Kyoto. Participants from abroad will be asked to cover their own airfares from home to Tokyo or Osaka as well as the costs for ground transportation to Kyoto, but the G20 Interfaith Forum Kyoto will bear the accommodation and food expenses during the period of the Forum in Kyoto. The term "accommodation fee in Kyoto covered by Japanese host" means 3 nights from the evening of June 10th to the evening of 12th and check-out on the morning of the 13th. If you wish to stay earlier and/or longer, please book the room by yourself and pay at your own expenses.
