Born in Tokyo in 1948.

Graduated from Sophia University in 1972.

He started Zen practice at Katsuzenji Temple in Nagano.

1982, he taught English in a high school.

In 1985, he joined the Kalacakra tantra held in Varanasi, Inidia and met Tibetan refugees.

He studied Tantric Buddhism at the Graduate School on Taisho University and established the Association for thinking about Tibet in 1987.

In 1990, he married with a Tibetan woman.

He established Juzen’in Temple in Tokyo.
